Blue screen
My son's Probook G430 G4 has been experiencing the blue screen of death in the last few weeks. I ran all the built in hardware diagnostics and it passed all the tests. I rest the computer and could not even get pass the initial sign in screen without a blue screen. I also happen to have a image backup from when the computer was new and restored that. It worked for a short time but it blue screen again after installing some windows update. I uninstalled the updates but the blue screen kept coming back. Unfortunately, the computer is just over a month out of warranty. Anyone has any suggestions?

HP accelerometer can't run on windows
Hello,
I am having an issue with the HP 3D DriveGuard software.
Recently my Windows 10 got updated to (1803). It worked fine with previous versions of Windows 10.
And after d windows update i updated 3D driveguard in hp support assistant(which was showing red exclaimation mark)... from then m getting a message saying "HP accelerometer cant run on windows".
Is there a new version of 3D DriveGuard that would work on my computer?
if yes then please provide me with the steps how to install new drivers.

Hi im using the nordic Layout on my HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-cx0004no laptop but when i press > it doesnt actually type > but acts as a CTRL button. how do i fix this? the problem persists with all the installed keyboard layouts.

I can't get to the classes. The link on the learning center site goes to PC products. From what I'm seeing, nothing about actual classes is mentioned; only on the site 'The Learning Center'. Are there classes for real? There used to be.

If I decide to change my OS from Windows 10 to linux Mint will that void my software warranty with HP? I don't mean dual booting I mean going with just 1 OS?

difficulty attaching Word file to email
Just bought this Windows 10 HP laptop after using Apple for years, and trying to get my head back into Windows. Am trying to email a Word file using the email program installed on the computer and cannot figure out how. Can send email, but cannot figure out how to attach Word file. I get repeated MAPi errors. Should I install Outlook? Would that help?

In HP 640 G1 model in the device manager Generic Mobile Broadband Card driver showing as exclimatory mark.
and the Device ID is
USB\VID_03F0&PID_521D&MI_00\6&192B60B8&0&0000.
I have tried so many drivers whicha re avaiable under HP 640 G1 software driver portal But no luck.
Let me know the exact driver to gix this issue.

HP thin client t620
HI what is the solution if hardware reserved 1.1 GB in HP thin clinet t620 ?
Even i tried to change UMA buffer size to 512MB but nothing effect still same hardware reserverd 1.1 GB.
Is it really fixed memory for hardware regardless of how much have you set?
I have HP thin-client t620 having 4 Gb of RAM but 1.1 GB is used or reserved for hardware and facing low memory issue for normal operation tasks ?
Any solution is appreciated !

HP 3D DriveGuard is not working
Hello, With reference to [personal information removed] My case problem has not been resolved till now. After updating of Windows 10 Version 1803, The HP 3D DriveGuard Software is not working. I checked & re-installed the same software from below link:

& found that the issue is still same with me. My case problem has not been resolved till now.

Laptop Plugged In Not Charging
Hello,
My laptop for the past few days will not work without being plugged in,
It actually says right now 2% availiable (plugged in, not charging)
I have tried all the methods I can find by google on this fourm
Such as disabling the batteries through device manager
I have test the ac adapter , no problems there.
Battery tested OK,
I have done a soft reset on my laptop, didn't work
I have downloaded updated BIOS drives that didn't work,
My last attempt was a full reinstallation of windows and still the problem persists.
I'm fresh out of ideas,
Any help would be appreciated

inaccurate battery reading

MS Office activation failed

I recently bought two laptop from HP which comes with free Office H&S 2016 anyhow i didnt activated it at first but suddenly now its showing its not working i need to activate it. I also forgot which email ID i entered at first login. I am facing same problem in both laptop, is there anyway to know which ID i have used for activation or is there any other way to activate this Office?

Touchpad and mouse not working
I accedently deleated my touchpad driver from my laptop and now the touchpad does nothing I have tried reinstalling it from the HP website over and over and restarting my notebook and it does nothing now all of the sudden there is a exclamation mark next to the keyboard driver and it isn’t working I’ve tried fixing it and it says it’s up to date. Can someone please help me my laptop is just falling apart and I really need it for school.
