While in use, my laptop won't charge. I've checked to see if there is a recall in place but this does not seem to be the cause. Are there any ideas on how I can resolve this issue?

I have just read about the required firmware security update and downloaded the fix. However whem I try to install I get this message. I have a wireless connection to the printer and the product number, A9J48B, is shown as requiring the firmware update on the support pages. can anyone advise please. thanks

shipping time
I have the issue and it is so frustrating. I bought mine on August 14, it has to be built to configuration (nothing special: 1TB HD, 16 GB RAM, i7), estimated date of delivery was Aug-30.
Now when I try to track progress, it estimated delivery for Sept-14!!! What?? I need this computer to go to school, I will be well into 3 weeks of classes by that date. After the 14th I’ll have to allow for 3 to 6 business day for shipping, so I basically will have waited 1.5 month for my new computer. Very upsetting.

The greater than/less than signs "" key replaced by right CTRL key
So I just bought a HP laptop about 3 days ago in Norway. The computer has a nordic keybaord layout, the problem here is that the usual CTRL key on the right is no longer the CTRL key, instead its replaced with greater than/less than signs..
However, even though the key itself says its supposed to be for "<" and ">" it doesn't function as intended, instead when I press the key it acts as the right CTRL key. So now my problem is that I have no way to use the "<" and ">" signs because there is no functioning key for it.
When I press left CTRL it acts like a left CTRL key (Functioning as intended)
When I press > it acts like a right CTRL key (Not functioning as intended)
And yes, I have tried holding down the FN key while pressing that button, but it still acts as a right CTRL key.
The included pictures are not mine, but the keyboard is the same layout so you can see what I mean.

Can't find HP Omen Command Center software
I just bought the HP Omen 15-dc0850nd but they reinstalled Windows for me at the store I bought it from. So I had to reinstall all the drivers. Only thing I can't find is the HP Omen software where you can control stuff.
Can anyone help me out?

У меня проблема: Изначально на моем ноутбуке предустоновлена Windows 10, но она работала на моем ноутбуке крайне нестабильно и плохо, и я решил заменить ее на Windows 7. Она по моим наблюдениям работала в разы стабильней и лучьше, но чтобы я не делал ни USB-порты, ни картридер не хотели работать, и да, я уже загружался в безопасном режиме. Там та же самая проблема. Скорее всего дело в драйвере. Если кто может, пожалуйста, дайте ссылку на драйвер.
P.S. Я уже пользовался программами для поиска драйверов. В данном вопросе они ни чем мне не смогли помочь.

secure doc and Protect Tools
I was attmepting to remove HP security tools from my laptop. One step at a Time. I wanted to decrypt C: first. Unchecked it as a protected drive and it force dme to reboot. Now it will not boot.
