I've tried having the computer look at the computer and the auto search on line, says cant be found.... a few things are buggie and my SD card reader wont work... sometines the fionger print scanned wont recognize, I have to switch user and try again, it works...**bleep** where do I dind the drivers or how can I correct these issues

I instaleld windows 7 on this notebook (before it was win 10) and I got a lot problems. The last problem is driver for graphic card, cant install anything from 240 etc. Always communicate that cant be installed, someone can help me ? only this left, windows update couldn't install this driver too ;/

Recently got a Probook 645 G1 and I had BIOS access from the start. Used the Softpaq Manager to install required Software, including the Client Security package. Started playing with it, next thing I know the BIOS is locked! I can provide the password, but most all functions are greyed out and unable to access! I wanted to clear the passwords and fingerprints, but no go! Any ideas??

столкнулась с такой проблемой, как отсуствие в биосе пунка "graphic device" или "graphic mode". это нужно для того,чтобы включить расширенные настройки видеокарты. есть какие либо обновления биоса? помогите разобраться с данной проблемой.
My laptop has a speed of 2.50Ghz but as soon as i plug the charger in (even when there's no power),it drops to 0.50ghz and below making the laptop very slow...When I remove the battery and restart it without plugging it,it goes back to its normal speed.I feel the charging port is damaged but I dont know why and how it affects the CPU speed and the system still charges well
NB: I've tweaked the power settings severaly yet no good result

I have a 3 year Hp Care Pack (part number: UM963E) that came with the Laptop I purchased from HP.
I'm very happy with the purchase so far and loving it every minute but I'm a bit confused with the information on Hp Care Pack.
I'm not sure what it means or exactly what it entails.
Is it 3 years Hp warranty?
If so does the 3 years after the 1 year manufacturer warranty or it's 2 years after manufacturers warranty.
I hope I didn't confuse you as I'm a bit confused at the time of writing this.

Where can I find the size of the power plug that plugs into the power port when charging for a Spectre x360, Model 15-ap012dx?
I'm looking for a power bank and the one I'd like (here) comes with different plugs for the power port.
For example, I see 4.5 x 3mm, 7.4 x 5mm, 5.5 x 2.5mm.
I don't want to get the power bank unless I am assured I get the right size of plug/cable.

The computer works fine when the charger is pluuged in.
I have tried updating battery routines.
