The problem is simple: Fn keys on my HP Elitebook 850 G5 stopped working after latest driver and BIOS-firmware update. I tried to reinstall both HP Hotkey Support and HP Collaboration Keyboard Software drivers, but it didn't help anyway. What shall I do?

Not able to remove antivirus from my computer
Dear all, I baught a hp computer and got Avast antivirus pre installed on it. But now whenever i try to uninstall it, I'm getting a deepscreen popup that is not letting me uninstall from my computer. plz help.

google maps and icons
up till a couple of weeks ago I had the option of viewing my Google satellite maps in 3D by pressing the zoom - minus button a couple of times, it has stopped working now and I have seen other people with similar problems, now the answers that are being suggested do not work, so I wondered if you guys have found a solution, I know you can opt for Google earth but its not the same, cheers, also I now have a problem in chrome when I have a webpage open and click the 3 dots top right >> more tools >>create shortcut, the icon appears but no amount of clicking it will open the said site, instead it opens my browser site, this also has only just recently started happening ! cheers in advance

capslock delayed
i downloaded a few things today such as google chrome and anti virus software and at some point my capslock key stopped working properly. when i attempt to turn the capslock key on, the response is extremely delayed. this is the same for trying to turn it off. this hasn't happebed before and looking online for soultions hasn't helped.
i tried troubleshooting and it said there were no issues found
i have no idea what to do next.

Laptop freezes when left idle for more than 5 or 10 minutes
My laptop freezes when left idle and I have to hard shut down and start the laptop again. It does not freeze when I am working for hours but the moment I leave it unattended it freezes with display shut, only power LED is on. I tried updating BIOS but did not work. Please help me with this problem.

Devices & Printers Messages
I have a new HP Envy X360 which is working fine except for two "messages" within the Devices & Printers screen:
1) My laptop is the only item listed under Devices and it is shown with a yellow triangle with the status "Driver Error". When I run Troubleshoot, I get a screen saying: System Firmware has a driver problem. Clicking on this brings up "Troubleshooting couldn't identify the problem". Then clicking on "View detailed information" shows "Problem with PnP devices". Running the HPSA shows that there are no problems and everything is up-to-date.
2) I have an HP Photosmart 5520 Printer connected to my home network. On the Devices & Printers screen the status shows as Not Connected but it is and seems to be working perfectly.
Any ideas why I am seeing these two erroneous messages when eveything seems to be OK?

Updating bios for laptop
My HP product Nr is N9E13UA# ABA
I have the recommended bios update file sp80252.exe .
The related bios information also lists previous versions of BIOS - F.43 Rev.A Apr 20, 2017 and F.41 Rev.A Oct 14, 2016
but my existing intervening version F.42-11/30/2016 is not listed.
Please advise if it will be safe to go ahead to install the above bios update in this situation?

Problem with graphic drivers for AMD Raven Ridge Ryzen 5 2500U Radeon Vega ( HP 15-db0013nm)
I have just bought a new notebook HP 15-db0013nm. I've installed Windows 10 (64bit) and everything works Ok except graphics. I have installed AMD High-Definition Graphics Driver Vega 3/Vega 6/Vega 8 - Raven Ridge drivers from HP site, it seems that is is installed, but I've got a message that "This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use. (Code 12)".
I'm pretty sure that it doesn't work as expected because I still have OpenGl v 1.1 (which is 21 years old), and this Radeon Vega should have 4.6 version.
Also, I can't change screen resolution, can't run some programs, and some very simple games like Counter Strike are pixelated. Without working graphic card, this notebook is almost useless.
I've read that I should reinstall drivers, reinstall BIOS and several other advices, but none of them works. I've lost about two days and haven't found solution for this problem.
Did someone have this or similar problem, and how did he solve it? Also, I'd like to hear answers and suggestions from support.

HP Touchpoint Analytics
I would like to re-open this post as a question. I turned on my computer this morning and noticed some heavy CPU usage and found out that it was the HP TouchPoint Analytics Client. I think this is the first that I have noticed this, but it has been running at about 75% CPU usage for more than an hour now. I can't seem to find much information on this, but it appears to be something for businesses that I probably don't need on my computer. I'm wondering if I should just uninstall it. Thanks!!
