    My HP spectre has been working perfectly and now it will not take a charge, I tried restarting it with the little power that I had left and then turning it off to then hold the power button down for 15 seconds but that's when it wouldn't turn back on.  The charger works as I am able to charge my phone with it but no lights show up when plugged in.

    After creating a USB key with a downloaded HP BIOS exe, boot with power + Win + V key combination I get:

    Unable to open BIOS signature file.

     

    There is a Firmware Management, Update and Rollback option in HP diagnostics utility, same result:

    Unable to open BIOS signature file

    ...no matter which option you choose BIOS flash cannot continue for exactly the same reason, above.

    I created several usb keys with different versions, same outcome.

    Why is the utility unable to open a present! and freshly created USB with a supplied by HP signature file?

    What's wrong?

    After failed BIOS update I got the msg to go to support site. 

    I found the 4-1 USB diagnostic utility but there is no BIOS there for HP Envy x360... other models yes but not the Envy, no current BIOS options for this laptop... why is Envy left out?

    F.19 BIOS for HP Envy x360  has been pulled by HP and is no longer available from the official download site.

    What does it mean? Is it supported, unsupported or what?

    No word, comment, nothing... like it never existed.

    Dear Sirs,

     

    I just received my brand new Zbook 15 G5 with dreamcolor display yesterday.

     

    Product number: 3AX07AV

     

    Serial Number: 5CD8498K1G

     

    When I recieved the notebook, I realised the screen hasn't been calibrated correctly and the color of the screen has an obvious green tint.

     

    I tried to install the HP dreamcolor assistant since my notebook has an intergrated color calibration sensor. However, I'm not able to install the software. 

     

    I got an error code of 0x8070666-Another version of this product is already installed.

    I just bought my laptop OMEN by HP 15-ax214nl Laptop PC and I want to turn off the red light in my keyboard. I read online that I have to download Omen Command Center. I did it from AppStore but it only showd the tab 'Games'.  I have to download it from another place or what?

    Hello guys..

    I have a 15-ra007ne, installed all drivers for windows 7 64bit, except wireless adapter and bluetooth..
    tried some drivers that identified the wifi adapter, but I can't find any networks around that my other laptop and phone can find..

    any help?
