Hotkeys Support
I downloaded and tried to install HP Hotkeys Support on HP EliteBook 1040 G3 laptop (Win 7 x64).
The installation starts but fails everytime with an error message "File hotkeyservice.exe1 is not marked to be installed".
I've tried running setup.exe as an admin in command prompt and in Windows Explorer but with not luck.
Any ideas?

I hope this is the correct forum. If not please route me to the correct one.
I think when I installed HP Support Assistant, it also installed a virus. Nothing is working right. I could not find Control Panel and uninstall software from the search. So I manually found it. When I try to uninstall HP Support Assistant, Windows warns me about running 126ec199.msi from an unknown source.
I searched the Internet for 126ec199.msi. There was no finds. Is this right? Would HP install software with unknown source? So what should I do now? Please help, I need my computer back.

NO BALANCED POWER MODE IN MY NOTEBOOK

The balanced power option is no more listed in my notebook power options. There are only two power options
1. High performance
2. Power saving
How should I get back my balanced power mode my notebook is running on high performance mode now I want to change it to balanced power mode.

The last couple days I have noticed a small black window pop up and disappear from my screen quickly. Most of the time I can only read "C://windows" on it but the last time this happed I was able to read "c://windows/system32/client" and that was it before the window disappeard.
This happens after my computer has booted up and I am on my desktop screen, and it has happened while i'm working on my laptop (browsing the internet, working on a document, etc).
What is this popup? Is it harmful? How do I get it to stop?

How to Update Intel 5500 HD Graphic
I downloaded the Command and Conquer game and it doesn't work. I contacted the manufucturer and they told me I will have to update my Intel Graphics and I'm not sure how to do that. Can someone please give me a detail instruction how to do it? I've tried using the intel app but doesn't work. Please someone help.

Cannnot download drivers through the official driver and download page
I am having this laptop since more than 3 years.. I had update my softwares before from the official website of hp. As my laptop is not connected to internet now I am trying to download them individually and install it manually from hp drivers and download page. The page shows all the drivers for my product after finding it. But i cannot see a download button or a download option to download the drivers. I need to update my drivers but I am unable please help me direct downloading them.

Trying to download drivers to replace corrupted ones but whatever I type in Product box result is too many possibilities. I have put HP G62 Notebook PC and serial number but result always too many possibilities or not recognised.

HP ProBook 4530s & Security Manager on Windows 10 x64
Hi,
I was able to upgrade this laptop to Windows 10 even if HP did not bother providing appropriate drivers for this OS.
I have Validity Fingerprint Sensor (biometric) driver installed and running properly (driver ver. 4.5.133.0) and installed HP Client Security software (ver. 8.3.17.2042) for Windows 10 x64
At this point I do not know if I do need to install "HP ProtectTools Security Manager" or not in order to be able to login at Windows login with biometric. If so, can someone please share a correct link for Windows 10 x64 ?
I need to understand how to set everything up so that current users can start using biometric at Windows logon.
