My HP Pavilon laptop Will only charge when my laptop is off
My pavilion laptop has recently been unable to charge when im on it. The battery has a short life (admittedly my fault), so I have to stop and wait for it to charge every hour or so.

Plugged in Not Charging
After searching Forums and speaking to HP regarding this message/issue I have done the on board testing which told me the battery was at fault(eroneously) I found a post asking me to check the tiny copper pin on the charging cord that plugs into the PC and sure enough it was bent and after straightening it the problem is solved,

Looking for transfer letters for 17" HP Pavilion Notebook
One of my three HP products is a HP Pavilion Notebook - 17-g015na (ENERGY STAR) Serial: 5CD5310SGW purchased in August of last year with white letters on black keys, but letters E, R and T have already worn off from use despite me being a light user.
I have been looking for transfer letters to replace those worn away and need to make sure not only they are the right size, but also the correct font.
I appreciate I may be able to get my whole keyboard replaced, or even individual keys, but all the letters are fine appart from the three mentioned above (E, R and T). I am surprised they have worn off in little over a year, but I do realize the letters are not covered by any warranty and that my warranty has expired.
Does HP sell sets of transfer letters? If not, could anyone please let me know the correct size and font and point me to anywhere in the UK where I can buy them.
My previous laptop was about five years old before I replaced any keys and I am using my current laptop less than my previous one, so think there may be a design fault with transfers used in original HP keyboards. Since this happened to me I have spoken to several other people who have had the same problem.

Support assistant - unable to check for updates
HP Support Assistant isn't working properly. On attempting to check for updates/messages, it connects to the HP server but then goes no further. I end up with the following:
I have removed and reinstalled it, but it makes no difference.
(Interestingly, the HP support site isn't recognising my laptop either on the 'identify now' option.)

Install a 2nd OS on the msata SSD - Envy6-1100sl
Hi, i upgraded my envy6 with 16GB Crucial RAM and 500GB samsung evo SSD. After upgrade i made a clean installation of windows 10 and stopped to use the itegrated ssd on msata. My question is:
Can i install a second OS on the msata ssd? Can this bios read the second OS on the msata?? Are there any procedure to follow ??

Fingerprint sensor isn't working
So I have an HP Envy 15 j111tx.
I have Windows 10(64-bit) installed on my computer,
I want to log on to my computer by using the fingerprint scanner, but it won't work.
I will swipe my finger and it won't even light up. I don't know what to do and I dont want to do something to make it worse.

Hangs laptop after pressing any key from keyboard..
When any key pressed from keyboard laptop hangs.. And Intel(R) graphics has stopped and has been fixed this message i got.. Not able to do anything compulsory I do restart... As per ur customer service experts i did uninstall the intel graphic driver and restarted laptop... For sometime it runs well then again it showing same error... And now it get fully hanged.. I refreshed my laptop and resetted also.. But still it is same... Plz help..
