My laptop is a Pavillion dv6 1351sb 4GB RAM 64-bit. While under warranty the hard drive failed and was replaced by Microcenter. I have tried to restore the computer to its orginal factory status using the HP disk partition. This failed. I then got the computer to work using a WInXP 32 bit operating system which also removed the HP disk partition for factory restore. I ordered the System recovery Disks from HP and those failed. I re-ordered a sceond copy of the factory restore disks and those failed.
