DVD driver & Brightness problem

My dvd driver & not working...
Few days ago I installed windows 10 from windows 7..

then,, I face some porblem such as brightness problem , dvd writer get became slow...

then after the day I try to install a cd driver pack by dvd writter & then its not working . There are no any dvd writter option in computer function...

Now what to do....
is it software problem or hardware problem...

please be noted that I install again windows 7.. but same problem, dvd writter not appearing in computer option...


please suggest.........
