Permanently uninstall HP Insights

Hello,

notebook HP EliteBook 840 G10 (product number: 818Q7EA#UUZ) with Windows 11 upgraded to version 23H2 was preinstalled a lot of bloatware, but some is automatically installed even after uninstallation - this happens on 5 same notebooks.

How can I permanently uninstall HP Insights and HP Dock Accessory WMI Provider?

When I uninstall it, it's automatically installed back within half an hour.

I couldn't find solution anywhere, we are not interested in any HP cloud...
