so im trying to upgrade my intel graphic driver but it pop out a error message saying the system doenst meet the requirement so i uninstall my driver and try to install it again and the error message came out again and now im stuck..
im downloading the sofware completly from hp and from the exact same product specification pls i need an answer quickly

JavaScript error
A few months ago I started having trouble logging in to my Student Portal at school. I would get the following error:
“Can’t find Moment.js, please read the ion.calendar description.”
I have an HP Pavilion g7 Notebook and was using Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 11. I also tried Chrome and Firefox and had the same issue. Obviously my next thought was a virus. I’ve used McAfee and MalwareBytes and nothing is detected.
I went to the school IT Dept. and after going through some troubleshooting and determining that I could log on to the portal on other computers, they told me that it was a problem with my computer and not on their side. They gave me a work around for the portal and suggested I might try uninstalling and reinstalling Java. I did try their Java suggestion, but to no avail.
Since then I’ve noticed a similar issue (not the same error message, but not being able to view certain Java enabled pages, i.e. a website where I pay a bill, a hotel website where I was trying to make a reservation, MLB Gameday, etc). Basically these sites just give me a blank page when I log on. The hotel site did give me an error message which told me to Enable JavaScript, so I followed the instructions on how to do that and when I got there it was already Enabled.
Finally, I tried restoring my computer to factory settings and also upgraded to Windows 10, viola! It seemed to be resolved, but after a week and a half or so I started having the exact same problems again.
I took it to Office Depot to try their Free PC Check-up and the only thing they found is that my Hard Drive is aging and could go at any time, but could find nothing else wrong with my computer and had no suggestions as to the cause or solution.

wrong warranty start date
AAAAGGGHHHH somebody please help. 255 G3 notebook purchased November 2015. Warranty staus show expired in 2014. Have been all over the website to try and update this but cannot find any information anywhere. social media is proving to be very frustrating too. HP's website has got to be the worst ever. Impossible to naviogate or find anything relevant to my problem. Contact details very sketchy and no email address!! I just want to update my warranty status thats all!

Optical Drive Not Detected After Install of New Hard Drive
I recently replaced my hard drive with a SSD and put a fresh install of Windows 7 Home Premium edition on my laptop. I've had a lot of trouble getting all the drivers to work but fixing the optical drive seems to be giving me the most trouble.
I've looked around on this website and on several forums. I've gone into the device manager where the DVD/CD-ROM DRIVE entry only appears when I select to see hidden devices, and even then it is not the optical drive that is installed but something to do with my android phone so scanning for hardware changes makes no difference.
I have seen tips on going into the registry to delete two files named upperfilters and lowerfilters, neither of which exist in my registry.
The drive can be seen from my BIOS but appears nowhere else. When I insert a disc I can hear and feel it moving so the hardware is still functioning.
When I installed the new hard drive, I did not unplug anything else so I am certain that the drive is just as connected as it was before when it was working properly.
Any other suggestions?

Cant see Windows Hello
I am using a HP Elitebook 840 (im not sure if its G1 or G2) and I want to set up windows hello. My PC doesnet have any fingerprint scanner but it does have a built in Web Cam. I have tried reinstalling and updating the driver for my webcam and have also setup a pin but I still dont see the Windows hello option in my sign in options menu. In my driver list my webcam is called HP HD Webcam. I want to know how to enable and use Windows Hello.

Keyboard button virtually stuck!
I have been using my probook 242 G1 for last 2 years and it was working fine. But recently I've been facing a very weird problem. It virtually sticks windows key and "P" key. I disabled winkey. I have cleaned the buttons. Sometimes it seems the problem to be gone. but again and again the keys get stuck. Is there any permanent solution to it without disabling the keys or keyboard?

HP Paviilion 15-ac110ni Bios Password Reset

I have an HP-Pavilion 15-ac110ni that has a password on the bios, now i tried taking out battery and cmos battery and hold power button for 30s no luck. and left the laptop to drain for almost half a day still no luck.
can you please assist me on what to do. this is actually a clients pc

I have few days back upgraded the ram to 8GB and changed the hard disk as it had bad sector. Thereafter recover using the disc recovery. It was preloaded with windows 7 and I upgraded it to windows 10 3 days ago and it was running fine for few days. However, when I try to start up today it gives me this error.
Thinking that it was due to windows 10 I use the disc recovery and system restore it. It was fine and it installed windows 7. Thereafter, I actually having issue with the battery and restarted the notebook. When I restart, this problem occurred again.
Please help. I really don't know what is wrong and now I was prompted during startup battery issue.
