Keyboard won’t work
Ok my problem is I’m trying to set up this computer and the keyboard does not work, I have tried the bios update, I have went as far as trying to hook up a external keyboard and nothing. I can hook up a mouse and the mouse works fine but no keyboard will work.

HP Elitebook 2760p Win7 speaker muting and keyboard typing zxc\ty., automatically
Bought this week a refurbished 2007 era HP 2760p Elitebook Win7 convertible laptop with touchscreen. Physical shape is as new, all components work.
Worked fine for 48 hours. Downloaded updates since Win7 OS and drivers were installed on it in 2017.
Now there is a problem that many others have had years ago on same model with same OS.
Speaker Mute or Unmute bar on bottom edge of display panel flashes up again and again, no matter what muting or unmuting is set, or even if the Audio Service is turned off instead of Automatic with delay is set in Services list.
The keys zxc\ty., are not responding (not sure if left Shift is included). Every other key is fine. A USB keyboard works fine for all keys.
There is multiple automatic typing of just zxc\ty., and speaker bar flashes.
Any attempt to download a program from Internet gets interrupted and restarted again and again. Any Avast or Windows Defender scans that start are interrupted and restarted again and again.
Safe Mode avoids this keyboard and auto typing problem.
Searches of Google of zxc\ty., find many others with same, including those on this forum as recently as a month ago. Suggestions range from replacing the internal keyboard, resetting the hard drive OS, editing the services list that is auto or manual or stopped, scanning for viruses, to running Linux. All solutions are just temporary for various lengths of time, but never more than a few hours. Any brilliant ideas?

my laptop does not wakeup from sleep mood
i had some hardware problem in my notebook that technician made some changes in hardware and upgraded my ram from 4 to 8 gb one problem i am facing is when this machine goes on sleep mode does not wake up so i have to long press the power button to shut it down then to start it again asked this thing to technician who made changes in machine he said this is coz of driver u must update ur graphic driver i tried it uninstalled old one and installed new one from hp site but still nothing happened and then windows was not able to reset to default settings when i tried to do that so i updated windows and then reseted the windows too but still nothing happened no changes were made still facing problem if anyone have solution of this problem plz do help will be thank ful

How to use both my mouse and keyboard at the same time
Hello all,
Basically, I want to be able to use my keyboard and mouse at the same time for gaming and the like. I've looked at every solution so far and can't find the "pointing" tab in the Synaptic touch pad settings (Synaptics HID Touchpad) or anything to do with "palm tracking, touchpad sensitivity,or SmartSense". I also have updated all my drivers that i have using windows update.
