Hi there, I've got g6 2263et D1Q78EA notebook. At last week I updated my laptop bios to F.2A with "sp77491.exe" file. It worked , but not fully. Not like this. Now i hope to back previous bios. But the system didn't downgrade to previous bios. etc. f.23 "sp60105.exe"

I have a major problem. I got my new computer (Envy x360 Convertible 15t-aq100) a few days ago. When I was setting up the computer on Friday my son (5yrs) decided to create the password L when I was answering my phone. I tried to restore the password but I need a password reset disk which I don’t have one. Since the computer is new I decided to restore the computer back to factory setting (big mistake) but now it says Restoration Incomplete. In another window a messages says: C:/windows/system32/cmd.exe “The system cannot find the drive specified”. I need help please; this is a brand new computer. What can I do to resolve this issue?
Buenas, tengo un problema con mi notebook. el microfono integrado no funciona, tampoco ningun microfono externo que he intentado conectarle.
Funcionaba bien, pero de un dia para otro dejo de hacerlo, he provado con varios microfonos externos que si funcionan en otras maquinas.
he desistalado los drivers y he reinstalado los correspondientes, los que descargo de la pagina de soporte de Hp.
inclusive he reistalado el sistema operativo. y descargado e instalado todos y cada uno de los drivers que corresponden para dicha pc.
He intentado tambien con una interface de audio (para conectar microfonos, instrumentos musicales, etc) y el resultado es el mismo: no reconoce ningun dispositivo de entada de audio, y si los llega a reconocer, la barra de señal gris que cambia a verde cuandodetecta sonido, siquiera aparece.
Como podria solucionarse dicho problema?

Hi, I just purchased microsoft office for my new Envy 360. I only needed it for microsoft word. I feel like Word shouldve been a free software but i seem to recall it being abled for only a limited trial period. DOes anyone know if Word is free or if i was right to have purchased Office?
The explorer is crashing when I right-click on objects. For example when I right-click on the start menu to open "System", or when I right click on a Rar-file. This started when I upgraded to Windows 10 and it really bugs me off. Any one know of a solution to this?

I have recently purchased a new HP Stream 11 with a 32gb hard drive. The long and short of my question is I was trying to fix my PC from my notebook and put Windows OS on a jump drive. I was using windows media creation tool and it said I need 8gb of space on my hard drive. I looked and there was only about 6gb of space left on my hard drive. Of the 32gb, 5gb is used for windows and I have a capacity of 27gb but 22gb are already used. I haven't installed anything on this notebook other then Chrome broswer and download this one file. How can 2/3 of the hard drive space already be taken. My windows file says it's 17.5gb and uses 11.2gb on the disk. I need to free this up because this seems like a big waste. Any helpful tips would be appreciated.

While installing Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit OS on my HP Notebook 15-ay503tx, am getting error which says 'A required CD/DVD or USB driver is missing'.
I tried installing using both DVD image and USB which is bootable, still face the same Issue. Please help me out to install.

This may seem easy.
I work from home,I have a USB SanDisk that i use for work, it seem that when the sandisk in the port,i t will not connect to the monitor. When I turn the computer on for work I must press escape as soon as the computer comes on, press F9 , then press run sandisk. The Help desk at this job has not been able to help me. the laptop is 17.4, the monitor is 24inches I really need this job I am 59, disabled veteran and working from home is all I can do. If this one won't work what I go buy but I need to know first.
