when i activate the microsoft word or excell it asks for a product key . i hv recently buyed new laptop hp core i5. where from i should get the product key . or i should uninstall the microsoft which is already in the laptop and purchase a cd to install it again having a product key . please somebody guide me i am stuck badly

Problem with HP Support Agent persistently suggesting inappropriate updates
(NOTE: I would have preferred to post this elsewhere, but there are no appropriate choices under the "HP Software" category!)
I have two updates showing up in HP SA for which installation fails after successful downloading. They are both updates for Intel devices (HD530 graphics and system device I2C). I finally discovered that the installation is almost certainly failing because later versions are already installed, but that is not indicated in the failure. THAT part of things is probably Intel's responsibility (unless HP is constructing the packages), but HPSA continues to detect the updates as being needed, and THAT part of things would seem to be HP's responsibility.
Has anyone seen the same kind of behavior, and is there a known solution (or declaration from HP that there is no solution)?

Fps drops while gaming
Hello, i just bougt my laptop(Pavillion 15-cc593nd). Now while im playing league of legends my pfs drops all the time from like 130 to 25. If i change the settings it doesnt help. I read somewhere that it was a problem from one of the drivers. Idk how or what to do can some one help me?

Preinstalled by HP Power Director 12 with Windows 10 on new laptop does not work
Purchased a new HP laptop with preinstalled Power Director 12 running Windows 10. But Power Director 12 doesn't even open and it says that is not compatible with Windows 10. How can I upgrade it for free to a working version? I cannot even open it and have no idea what the serial number is. Purchased especially because it has Power Director installed.

Using Windows 7 Pro license on laptop

I have the above laptop which has a Windows 7 Pro license sticker can I download Windows 7 Pro and install it on my Laptop? It did not come installed on my laptop. Because the laptop didnt have a hard drive, had purchase one.
Microsoft was no help. Maybe a HP software license expert could help out.
I am running Linux Mint 18.1 and having a lot of issues with hardware drivers on it.

Battery Plugged in, Not charging
when the charging reaches 85% it shows plugged in ,not charging.There are no issues with the battery on hp hardware test.I have done different methods of solving which i founded in hp forums and internet by removing battery,uninstalling and reinstalling acpi and power adapter in device manager,60seconds power button press.. etc.But still the issue persists.Kindly help me.

Order declined
I ordered a laptop Envy 15 x360 from Hp.com on the last day of Labor sale. I had no problem until I placed the order. The order was declined and my VISA dedit card was charged. Then I checked my dedit card statement. There was no record of refunding. On the hp website, the order cannot be found. I would really want to know the solution to this issue. Is it still possible to purchase the laptop? If not, how will I get the refund so I can use my money?

Built-In Webcam Not found
Hello, i have a recent Laptop (march 2017) HP PAVILLION NOTEBOOK 15-AU002NK. First mounth i used the built in webcam and it was working fine on skype, but recently it doesnt work on anything (youcam, skype etc), and i tried the troobleshoot of HP in windows 10 regarding the webcam but my issue is that i don't find my driver on the driver manager, even though i restart my laptop, even though i search on the restoring windows, even though i press 15 seconds on the power up button i can't find my webcam anymore, i tried to find the driver on the web but i can't find any driver on viable link.

Please help - I have had an HP Printer and separate HP scanner for many years and all has worked well.
Yesterday I clicked on HP Scanning and an error message appeared Oxc0000020.
I uninstalled the scanner and reinstalled the HP software and all worked fine - until I closed my PC last night and now this morning I have the same problem and error message again.
