My laptop is unable to connect with my phone in MTP mode. I kindly need the necessary drivers to facilitate this connection. Anyone please help me out. Where can I find these drivers?

Problems with Excel on HP Elite X2 1012 Core m3 Tablets
We have deployed over 160 Elite X2 1012 Tablets across our organisation adopting a mobile strategy for our Workforce replacing all Laptops and Desktops. After heavy testing we went with the Elite X2 1012 Tablets as they met our requirements with the accessories (hard case, tablet pen, etc)
However, when we deployed the tablets we have found that they struggle with MS Excel and frequently crash / not respond when performing cross-sheet calculations (between the same sheet and other open sheets). This is a basic requirement of our Finance and Report Teams to carry out their jobs. We don't have this problem with the other HP Devices we have or the Microsoft Surface Pro 3's we use (which are all arguably much lower spec that the Elite X2's)
All the tablets have Windows 10 x64 Enterprise OS and Office 2016 Pro Plus (x64) installed. We have downgraded the tablets that are having problems to Office 2013 Pro Plus (x86) and still have the same problem, all be it less often. Can you advise if there is a fix for this or it is a common problem with these tablets?

USB ports problem
The USB ports do not work, I replaced the two USB ports near the burner and hard drive thinking they were broken, unfortunately connecting any device is not detected anything, USB soldered to the motherboard does not work.
Then replace the removable USB ports, I thought to format, now taken by reinstalling the drivers do not work on the site, appear to me the following missing drivers, even flirting with the automatic updating of Windows 7 drivers are installed (do not install them or better not looking for them)
- Controller USB (Universal Serial BUS)
- Controller encryption / decryption PCI
- Ralink_RT3290_Bluetooth_01
Inside the bios I have also enabled the USB 3.0 controller, and USB legacy, being that shortage of USB ports driver rightly I can not make any display device or install a simple pendrive.
Please help me, is the only computer I have and use for work, I can not move documents to an external flash drive or do anything else.

Need Comport drivers ???
Apparently there may be missing drivers for my com ports under device mgr.....When I use a program called PuTTY which allows me to access say a Cisco router via it's console port.....I open putty and get to my what looks like a command prompt screen as it should, yet will not communicate with my laptop.....in device mgr its says ports (Com & LPT)....
If I open that box I get a drop down that just states 2 fields....first one is ECP Printer Port (LPT1)
the second one says "Intel(R)Active management technology-SOL (Comm 3).......
also of note....when I get into Putty....I press 'serial connection' and only get the command prompt type screen when connected to comm ports 3&4 which is fine with me but no communication.....The only driver software I can update is when I rite click on the "Intel" drop box and it states it is up to date

I'm using an attached screen, keyboard, and mouse with my HP Notebook 15-ba053nr. When I use Project and choose "Second screen only" it often switches back to "PC screen only". How do I get it so that I can shut the cover of the Notebook and just use it like a PC with connected screen, keyboard, and mouse? This was working for a while, with no heating or fan use in the Notebook, but I can't get this to work now. Any suggestions?

Laptop Offers with £420/- worth of free Software from UK Online Store...
Hello Everybody in the Community Forum + Specially, HP Employees, Experts and HP's Marketing Executives.
HP's UK Online store is promoting special offers on new laptops with £420/- worth of Gaming Software bundelled. But, what about those Customers who are "not into" Gaming Software? do they loose out?
Surely, it makes "marketing sense" for HP to offer it's customers a "Choice" that in case some who are not interested in Gaming Software should have the Choice of getting the same amount of money (£420/- in this case) off the price of the laptop if they choose not to take the offer of free bundelled gaming software.
When HP was considering this joint-offer with the Software providers, they should have thought of those Customers who might not be interestned in Gaming Software.

Compaq M2000 not booting
So my Compaq will not display anything on the screen. When I power it on, the Caps lock and the scroll lock button lights flash once(just one time) and the power button light stays on. Also the fan starts up but then stops. The USB mouse light is on, and the power(not the button) light is on too. It's not making any sounds are anything. Only the power button light and the mouse light is on

SD card reader not working
Hi,
SD card reader no reaction at all, laptop can not detect it, also did not appear in disk mangment !!
This is a new Notebook,
I update all drivers from original HP link here:HP Pavilion 15-au100 Notebook PC
If I use an SD to USB adapter worke fine, but if I insert SD in to its slot in laptop "no reaction at all" !!!

Base System Device Driver
In the device manager tab, Base System Device driver is missing and I could not find it on the HP official website or anywhere else. The location displayed by the tab is "PCI Slot 2 (PCI bus 35, device 0, function 1)". Kindly help me to find the driver.
One more thing which I would like to mention is that there is no edition of Windows 10 mentioned in the Operating System selection tab when I tried to install the drivers.
