Is it possible that I'm using an old driver because HP compatibility? (HP Pavilion 15-cd006la, R7 535DX)

 

I bought the HP Pavilion Laptop 15-cd006la and originally reported that it brings the Radeon R7 535DX graphic card with 4Gb of memory. Now I'm using a driver from the HP support site, version 17.7 "Crimson ReLive" and worst, modified because it doesn't looks like examples on site. Constantly I receive eMails inviting me to download the new "Adrenaline" software, but it's impossible because doesn't work. The only one is this 17.7.

I've tried already five different softwares downloaded from AMD website.

Which one should be the right one for this device?

 

I'm trying to upgrade because I can't use those 4Gb, only the 512Mb by default.

 

Btw. Are those 4Gb real dedicated or shared from RAM?

 

I can't enjoy games, even on low resolution.

I bought a Microsoft office 2016 from microsoft and try to install in my lenevo i3 laptop, but facing problem while activating it. may be its internet or else but i am still facing the same issue.

 

I also go though Microsoft website for detail help http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/

I recently put a hp 15-f085wm(win10) hard drive into a hp 2000 412NR that came with windows 7.well i didnt  my wife did and now i have to repair it for her. I can usually google a pc troubleshoot but this one is a little unique. I think both hard dives are 500 gb but not sure. I do however know the newer hp-15 ran a uefi and the hp2000 ran an old bios. thought they would of made there UEFI compadible with bois but i guess not. So do i have to put the old hard drive back in (not really damaged) or can i manally install some sort of utility adaptor to help the bios read GPT instead of MGR? The newer hp was gave to me when a friend spilled tea in it, and assumed it was worthless and the older laptop came with windows 7 but was updated to windows 10 without a product key (wife again)  then worked for a week or two even activating after a couple day and eventlly crash and read  "no os readable, or no bootabe" now no matter which one she puts in reads "no os readably".  i need a solution on how to keep the GPT  hard drive in the hp 2000(mgr) without a recovery disk or product key unless its still in the new hard disk.

i have mutible USBs and a cheap internet accessable laptop w/o cd rom drive to use to fix. I know about win media creation tool but dont think i can use an iso from an acer product key on an hp. the acer is windows 10 also i probably need a boot if its convenent in the repair. freedos does boot to a command line, so i might could just use that. thanks in advance...

So once I turn my laptop on the screen go dark and the following shows up:

 when i open any apps like steam utorrent etc it has the error( the application was not start correctly 0xc0000005 click ok to close the application) this error is occuring occuring in some of the apps and even i reinstaled the windows and this same error has occuring how to fix plz help.

so when i flip into tablet mode, nothing changes on the screen, i have to open the menu and select tablet mode. it usually does it automatically. also the key board and mouse are still functional, when they should be disabled.

I have problem with dual monitors DP connected to two display ports of my dockstation HP2013UltraSlim, some screens when I move to external monitors appear flicker, as you can see on the above images.

I am trying to upgrade firmware to SP65034 but the follow error message appears.

"Faild to find Synaptics MST DP hub IC"

 

Can anybody help me?

3. The hp happy new year redemption code for the offer is xxxxx.
4. I haven't received any conformation mail till now.as they said the send a mail thhrough which i can continue registration process .but, till now they didn't send any mail.
5. Why this commitment if it cannot be fulfilled. An extremely poor show on part of HP.

HP Command Center version 1.1.40.0 --> Thermal Profile

only has 3 settings:

1. optimizes your system for performance

2. ideal for software that requires heavy use of CPU

3. ideal for situation where the device feels warm to the touch

 

There's supposed to be a 4th setting -- a quiet setting. Why is it missing?

Hi 

I am new to the forum, my HP Pavillion is 3 years old and has stopped working it won’t charge from the mains and I have tonight put in a new battery and it is still totally dead 

When I press the on button the light at the side of the jack port lights up but it is still dead I am dreading that it could be a motherboard issue  could it be the charger I want to try all options before giving up

I am really fedup by this problem. I am unable to access my webcam. It is showing no device connected. In Device manager, there is no Imaging driver. I am unable to download the suitable driver also. Both cortana & microsoft edge stopped working.. Can do nothing with the laptop. I think u should have chat with the os otherwise new users like me who love hp for their reputation will move away.

Hello, my org is looking into utilizing BCU to enable Wake on Lan (boot to network) on all newly imaged HP devices. We've run through the steps outlined in the BCU white paper to set a configured text file with new BIOS settings, my question is how should we go about placing this into MDT?
